Job Title:Engineer-Construction - IIILocation(s): Austin, TXJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled engineer to manage construction activities related to the development of multiple, simultaneous Network infrastructure projects. These projects will involve feasibility surveying and oversight of 5G Home Ready (5GHR) infrastructure in Multi-dwelling units (MDU's).
Key Responsibilities: - Manage construction activities related to the development of multiple, simultaneous Network infrastructure projects, specifically involving 5GHR infrastructure in MDU's.
- Provide financial management of projects from initial proposal/bid through receipt of final product or service, ensuring adherence to specific contracted price points.
- Engage in schedule and financial management, as well as vendor interface via calls and meetings.
- Collaborate with property owners and/or management to maintain working relationships at MDU's.
- Assist General Contractors with troubleshooting during integration activities.
- Maintain attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and leverage wireless network in-building construction experience.
- Utilize technical aptitude with computers to navigate tools effectively.
Required Qualifications: - Minimum 5-7 years of in-building construction and deployment experience, including hands-on field work.
- Demonstrated success in managing vendors, contracts, and fiscal targets.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
- Capability to be innovative and develop solutions to challenges using critical thinking.
Desired Skills: - Prior experience in tools such as FUZE, ESA, FIM Lite.
