Full Job Description
The Communication Services team is responsible for the reliability and performance of Franklin Templeton's global Data and Voice infrastructure. Working as part of a distributed, international team, this group partners closely with Technology, Engineering, and vendors to support offices and employees worldwide. Joining this team offers exposure to a large-scale global environment, modern network technologies, and opportunities to grow leadership and vendor management capabilities.

HOW YOU WILL ADD VALUE

  • You will have oversight of our outsourced vendor, ensuring quality service delivery and the use of SLA/KPI management.
  • You will partner with Technology teams to support global data and voice environments.
  • You will manage network infrastructure using established operational standards.
  • You will define and improve operational processes and service standards.
  • You will oversee vendors and manage service level agreements and key performance indicators.
  • You will monitor infrastructure performance and address service issues proactively.
  • You will lead incident resolution and participate in major incident management.
  • You will identify automation opportunities and support production implementation.


WHAT WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

Experience
  • 5+ years supporting network solutions in distributed in medium to large enterprise environments.
  • Experience with switching architectures using Cisco Nexus OS and Catalyst IOS
  • Experience with Cisco SDWAN, routers, ASA, and wireless technologies
  • Experience with routing protocols and load balancers
  • Ability to diagnose production issues and work with vendors.
  • Basic knowledge of Voice Infrastructure is a plus.


Additional Qualifications
  • Excellent documentation and diagramming skills.
  • Ability to liaison with business customers, development teams, and vendors
    Understanding of ITIL framework.
