The Communication Services team is responsible for the reliability and performance of Franklin Templeton's global Data and Voice infrastructure. Working as part of a distributed, international team, this group partners closely with Technology, Engineering, and vendors to support offices and employees worldwide. HOW YOU WILL ADD VALUE- You will have oversight of our outsourced vendor, ensuring quality service delivery and the use of SLA/KPI management.
- You will partner with Technology teams to support global data and voice environments.
- You will manage network infrastructure using established operational standards.
- You will define and improve operational processes and service standards.
- You will oversee vendors and manage service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- You will monitor infrastructure performance and address service issues proactively.
- You will lead incident resolution and participate in major incident management.
- You will identify automation opportunities and support production implementation.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLEExperience- 5+ years supporting network solutions in distributed in medium to large enterprise environments.
- Experience with switching architectures using Cisco Nexus OS and Catalyst IOS
- Experience with Cisco SDWAN, routers, ASA, and wireless technologies
- Experience with routing protocols and load balancers
- Ability to diagnose production issues and work with vendors.
- Basic knowledge of Voice Infrastructure is a plus.
Additional Qualifications- Excellent documentation and diagramming skills.
- Ability to liaison with business customers, development teams, and vendors
Understanding of ITIL framework.

We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $110,000 - $140,000, depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
