This role develops and refines artificial intelligence (AI) models to improve customer service automation capabilities. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop AI models to enhance customer service automation capabilities with measurable improvements
- Apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques to optimize AI system performance effectively
- Create AI tools that support integration of AI-driven improvements into operational frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration and functionality of AI systems
- Design AI systems that improve interaction capabilities within complex service workflows
- Contribute to strategic AI initiatives that advance organizational goals of customer satisfaction and efficiency
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience
OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience
OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) - Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Related Field (Preferred)
- 2-4 years Developing and deploying machine learning models, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering (Preferred)
- 2-4 years Experience with AI tools and software development using programming languages such as Python or R (Preferred)
- 2-4 years Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows (Preferred)

- Machine Learning Certification: Certification demonstrating proficiency in machine learning techniques and applications, relevant for developing AI models. (Preferred)
- Certified Data Scientist (CDS): Certification that endorses skills in data science and its application in AI modeling, crucial for enhancing AI-driven customer service solutions. (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $110,200 - $198,700
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
