This role supports the development and refinement of artificial intelligence (AI) models to improve customer service automation capabilities. Job Responsibilities:
- Support the development of conversational AI and Agent Engineering capabilities, contributing to AI models that enhance customer service automation with measurable improvements
- Learn and apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques under guidance to optimize AI system performance effectively
- Assist in creating AI tools that enable integration of AI-driven improvements into operational frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support effective integration and functionality of AI systems
- Contribute to the design and testing of AI systems that improve interaction capabilities within complex service workflows
- Participate in strategic AI initiatives that advance organizational goals of customer satisfaction and efficiency
- Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Preferred)
- Less than 2 years Developing and optimizing AI models, particularly in customer service automation (Preferred)
- Less than 2 years Applying AI techniques such as prompt engineering and fine-tuning (Preferred)
- Less than 2 years Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into production systems (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $80,900 - $146,100
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
