Your Role:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Develop industrial control systems and OT solutions following GAMP 5 guidelines, including technical specifications and validation support documentation, ensuring designs enable GxP compliance for biopharmaceutical R&D environments.
  • Design and implement PLC programming and SCADA/HMI applications.
  • Implement data exchange solutions using communication protocols.
  • Demonstrate solutions via presentations and proof-of-concept implementations.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders on the requirements and participate in Agile/Nexus Framework practices.
  • Hybrid role requiring three days onsite and two days remote.


Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation Engineering, or other Engineering discipline.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Industrial Control Systems and OT technologies in PLC programming and SCADA/HMI development in R&D environments.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expert in STL/FBD/Ladder and object-oriented programming using Siemens TIA Portal, CODESYS.
  • Expert in SCADA/HMI development using Siemens WinCC, Ignition, Aveva System Platform.
  • Experience with OPC DA & UA, MODBUS, Ethernet/IP protocols for real-time data exchange.
  • Experience with DCS solutions (Delta-V and/or Siemens PCS), UI design and prototyping.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server and .NET framework.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Siemens TIA Portal, Siemens WinCC.
  • Hands-on MTP (Module Type Package) implementation experience.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and WebSocket.
  • Familiarity with Automated testing frameworks, Version control (GitHub), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), CI/CD pipelines for industrial automation systems.
  • Familiarity Virtualization technology, Docker, Monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus).
  • Experience with Prometheus, RabbitMQ, Java, Docker, virtualizing SCADA and PLC packages.
  • Familiarity with ISA-88/ISA-95 standards.
  • Agile methodology experience.
  • Knowledge of AI solutions and using SDLC.


Pay Range for this position: $94,200 - $141,400 / year

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
