Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Strategy: Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing banking accounts to drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Delivery & Governance: Oversee end-to-end program delivery, ensuring performance standards and SLAs are met. Track delivery dashboards, and resolve escalations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client C-level executives. Build consensus and manage expectations across global, cross-functional, and vendor teams.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage account-level budgets, forecasting, and profitability. Handle contract negotiations (like Statements of Work) and timely invoicing.
  • Team & Talent Management: Lead multi-location onshore/offshore teams. Drive hiring, training, capability development, and diversity goals within the banking unit.

Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Retail/Corporate Banking, Lending, Cards, or Compliance operations. Familiarity with digital banking ecosystems and modern tech platforms is crucial.
  • Experience: Experience in IT services, consulting, or project/engagement management, specifically in the Financial Services (BFSI) sector.
  • Skills: Strong executive communication, financial acumen, and ability to influence without authority.
