Overview

The Engagement and Ownership Culture Senior Manager is a key leadership role responsible for shaping and executing Cotiviti’s strategic vision for broad-based employee ownership through the Prosperiti program and driving enterprise-wide engagement. This position champions the ownership mindset, operationalizes the four Prosperiti pillars (Own It, Track It, Boost It, Dream It), leads education and communications, and owns the enterprise engagement program. The Senior Manager collaborates with senior business leaders, HR, and other stakeholders to design and implement innovative initiatives, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and provide thought leadership across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Champion Cotiviti’s Ownership Mindset:

  • Lead initiatives that reinforce Cotiviti’s ownership culture, including accountability, proactiveness, customer focus, collaboration, excellence, openness, entrepreneurial spirit, financial awareness, resilience, and adaptability.

Operationalize the Four Pillars of Prosperiti:

  • Design and implement programming to support Own It, Track It, Boost It, and Dream It.
  • Oversee the Boost It Idea Challenge, including technology enhancements, reporting improvements, and reviewer team coordination.
  • Ensure transparent sharing of progress against business priorities through regular communications and events.
  • Refine and expand methods for employee feedback and idea submission.

Support Prosperiti-related Education:

  • Coordinate and deliver education and training on the Prosperiti program for new hires, managers, and employees requiring refreshers, ensuring ongoing understanding and engagement with ownership principles.

Drive Strategic Communications and Engagement:

  • Prepare impactful materials for board and executive discussions, translating Prosperiti program outcomes into strategic insights.
  • Lead storytelling and recognition initiatives to highlight ownership success stories and best practices.
  • Drive enterprise-wide engagement campaigns to increase awareness and contribution to Prosperiti.

Own and Administer the Enterprise Engagement Program:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of enterprise-wide engagement surveys (e.g., Glint), ensuring robust participation and accurate data collection.
  • Analyze survey results to identify key trends, strengths, and opportunities; synthesize findings into clear recommendations and drive enterprise-level action planning.

Facilitate Team Effectiveness Sessions:

  • Design and deliver team effectiveness workshops and interventions, supporting leaders and teams in building trust, collaboration, and high performance across the organization.

Partner with Leaders to Improve Engagement and Team Dynamics:

  • Collaborate with business and HR leaders to address engagement opportunities, implement targeted solutions, and monitor progress against action plans.

Establish and Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Define and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness of Prosperiti and engagement programs and initiatives.

Collaborate with Key Stakeholders:

  • Work closely with HR, Communications, Marketing, and business leaders to align Prosperiti and engagement efforts with talent, organizational effectiveness, and enterprise strategies.

Drive a Culture of Continuous Improvement:

  • Foster a learning and development mindset throughout the organization, leveraging ownership principles to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Lead and Oversee Cross-Functional Projects:

  • Ensure timely completion and successful outcomes for Prosperiti and engagement-related initiatives.

Analyze and Communicate Data Insights:

  • Distill qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights for senior leaders and stakeholders.

Evaluate Strategies and Programs:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to measure achievement of established goals and recommend improvements.

Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.

Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of ownership culture principles, employee engagement strategies, andperformance improvement techniques.• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide programs andinitiatives.• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously and meet deadlines.• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Word, Excel,PowerPoint.

 

Leadership & Communication:

• Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withstakeholders at all levels of the organization.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively conveycomplex information and influence others.• Proven ability to coach and mentor leaders and managers to enhance their effectivenessand drive organizational change.• Strong executive presence, ability to work with senior leaders and executive team.

Analytical & Problem-Solving:

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Base compensation ranges from $106,000 to $157,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
