Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Welding, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior position; more experience may qualify candidates for a senior role.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, preferably with a background in mechanical or manufacturing processes.
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with team and customers.
• Proficiency in computer use and capability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Resolve manufacturing issues on the shop floor, spending up to 90% of time in this area.
• Develop and revise technical documentation and contribute to technical presentations.
• Perform technical analysis, testing, and calculations to ensure product standards.
• Analyze design specifications, drawings, and documentation to confirm compliance with design packages.
• Implement lean/six sigma principles to enhance production processes.
• Collaborate with employees across multiple facilities for process and product discussions.
• Adhere to safety standards and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
