Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and 6+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in modal, random vibration, shock, and static analyses of structures
• Demonstrated ability to perform steady-state and transient heat transfer analyses
• Eligibility to obtain a DoD Security Clearance at the 'Secret' level
• Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team, both on-site and remotely

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and high-quality mechanical analysis primarily for local programs in NH
• Plan and execute analysis activities in conjunction with program engineers and managers
• Lead a small team during analysis activities as needed
• Perform structural and thermal analyses using classical and finite element methods
• Create and post-process Finite Element Models (FEM) using Siemens Simcenter 3D/NX, NASTRAN, Ansys Mechanical, and Ansys Icepak
• Collaborate with design engineers across various disciplines to optimize system designs
• Document and present analysis methods, results, and conclusions to customers and stakeholders
