Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

Required Skills and Education- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance
- Technical Experience: 6+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on large-scale projects and RF test automation
- RF Test Experience: Experience with RF test automation, including test development, execution, and debugging
- RF Fundamentals: Strong understanding of RF principles, including signal processing, transmission, and reception
Preferred Skills and Education- Programming Skills: Proficiency in .NET languages (C# or VB.NET) or other object-oriented languages such as Python or Java.
- RF Technology: In-depth knowledge of RF principles and technologies, including calibration and testing of highly complex die on-wafer or in module
- RF Testing Equipment: Experience with RF testing equipment, such as:
- Spectrum analyzers
- Network analyzers
- Signal generators
- Wafer probers
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders
