Job DescriptionBAE Systems Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) business area is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Principal Program Quality Engineer to join our team in the SFFS (Small Form Factors Systems) business area. As a Principal Program Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop and implement quality processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Primary Focus is directly associated with Production lead looking for strategic leadership, proactive risk mitigation, process improvements and high level decision making.

- IPC 610 Certification
- Non-Conforming Material Control
- Process Improvement Perspective
- First Article Inspection (FAI) AS9102
- Conduct Effective Audits
- Effective communication
- Understand and react to Program Requirements flow down
Required Skills and Education- Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- Active Secret clearance
- Must be able to obtain Special Access Programs (SAP) and Special Access Required (SAR) program access.
- Strong and Demonstrated Communication Skills (written, verbal, visual) and interpersonal skills (listening and communicating within a group/team environment)
- Demonstrated teamwork contribution
- Attention to detail
- Produce high quality work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Ability to work independently and with little or no direct oversight while also having the ability to lead program initiatives and risk reduction activities.
Preferred Skills and Education- Bachelor's Degree
- Bachelor's in an Engineering or technical field
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Lean Six Sigma Analysis and Tools Experience
- Industry Experience in Defense Electronics Manufacturing of Complex Electronics or Composites
- Experience with the Quality Management Systems AS9100 or ISO9001
- Familiarity with: Paperless MES, Oracle, PLM
