Job DescriptionPosition Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled
RF Engineer to support the development, testing, and sustainment of advanced
RF and Microwave modules within our microelectronics factory. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, hands-on capability in a cleanroom/microelectronics environment, and a collaborative mindset that strengthens both engineering and technician teams.

Key Responsibilities:- Support RF/Microwave module testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Interpret and analyze complex electrical and RF schematics, drawings, and documentation.
- Perform hands-on work using microscopes, microelectronics tools, and specialized RF equipment.
- Compile, analyze, and present data to engineering leadership, manufacturing leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver clear, effective technical presentations.
- Partner closely with the test technician team to train, mentor, and develop technical capability on the production floor.
- Drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate with design engineering, process engineering, and production to ensure robust product performance and manufacturability.
Required Skills and EducationRequired Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering and 2 years of experience, or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Strong background in RF principles, microwave circuits, and module-level troubleshooting.
- Experience working in a microelectronics or cleanroom manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proficiency reading and interpreting schematics and RF test data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create and deliver technical presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor or train technical staff.
- Hands-on experience with microscopes, microelectronics assembly/test tools, and RF test equipment (VNAs, spectrum analyzers, power meters, etc.).
