Job DescriptionWe are hiring Systems Engineers to participate in Electronic Warfare Systems development programs in Nashua, NH. As a Systems Engineer, you will be a member of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team focused on modeling, designing, developing, integrating, debugging, testing, fielding, and supporting our innovative Electronic Systems.
Typical Job Responsibilities- Creation and/or review of systems, software, component, subsystem requirements and operational concepts
- Deriving, decomposing, allocation and traceability of requirements to engineering discipline
- Identification of Risks and Opportunities and executing on mitigation strategies
- Identification of System Technical Performance Measures
- Participation in trade studies, analysis, peer reviews, and customer meetings
- Support system modeling & simulation, design, and development activities
- Creation of external and internal interface definition
- Knowledge of model based systems engineering tools and approach
- Presentation of findings at design reviews internally or with customers
- Creation of test plans, test procedures and reports
- Creation and/or review of algorithms
- Analysis of data to inform decision making
- Execution of integration, verification, and validation activities and tests
- Participate in external field and flight tests of our EW Systems
- Participate in constant improvement of the System Engineering discipline
Note: Due to the classified nature of the work, these positions will be 100% on-site.
Required Skills and Education- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or Computer Science or a related field
- Entry level Engineering experience.
- Ability to obtain a secret clearance.
Preferred Skills and EducationPreferred Skills and Education- Bachelor's or Master's of Science degree in electrical engineering or computer science/engineering
- Experience with complex electromechanical products or Electronic Warfare systems
- Experience with systems engineering activities across the product development lifecycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, architecture, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test, production, sustainment)
