Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in energy control or electrical safety in mission-critical environments (e.g., data centers, hospitals, industrial plants, utilities).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E, and relevant safety standards.
• Experience developing and managing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) programs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to function both independently and under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and safety-related technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enforce Holder’s Energy Control Program and LOTO Policy.
• Support trade contractors in adhering to NFPA 70E and OSHA requirements.
• Review and validate energization plans and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Investigate and document incidents or near misses related to energy control.
• Facilitate alignment between energy management activities and installation work.
• Conduct regular audits of the Energy Control Program and document findings.
