O'Melveny is seeking an Energy Associate for our Dallas office.
O'Melveny & Myers LLP is looking for outstanding associates (2nd - 4th year) to support our Energy Industry group. Ideal candidates should have excellent academic credentials and demonstrated experience on a variety of complex domestic and/or international energy transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, project development, real estate, project finance, project contracts, and related transactional matters across energy sectors. Experience with both upstream and midstream M&A, data center and power project contracts, and tax equity finance transactions are a plus.
