About the Role:
Job Summary

Operate as subject matter experts and administrators for endpoint management tools and services including mobile device management, hardware imaging, encryption, patching, and software deployment. Provide support to various departments and locations, depending on needs and demands, following appropriate protocols and procedures for each area. Research, formulate, recommend, and implement solutions, technologies, and processes to improve end-user experience and increase capabilities.

Minimum Job Qualifications
  • Licensure or other certifications: Relevant technical certifications pertaining to software applications if applicable.
  • Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree required plus 5 years of experience.
  • Minimum Experience: In lieu of degree requirement, 8 years of IT experience may be considered. Technical experience is required in five more of the following areas required: PCs, laptops, thin clients, Active Directory/Group Policy, Audio/Visual, VOIP, Audio/Visual, network troubleshooting, and mobile devices as well as their associated peripherals and operating systems.

  • Skillful at providing excellent technical and customer support
  • Adept at clearly communicating and troubleshooting complex technical problems with technical and nontechinal end users
  • Strong knowledge of endpoint management tools and solutions, such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), VMware Workspace ONE, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn emerging technologies and technical skills efficiently and effectively

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Deploy and manage endpoint management solutions to automate software distribution, patch management, and configuration management
  • Configure and maintain endpoint management tools to ensure accurate and consistent policy enforcement, security measures, and software updates
  • Ensure technical processes and procedures are properly documented and kept up to date. Share with other IT departments as necessary.
