Endpoint Systems Administrator

General Summary
We're looking for an Endpoint Systems Administrator who combines deep technical expertise with strong communication and collaboration skills. In this role you are responsible for implementing, maintaining, and providing advanced support for endpoint computing systems and tools to ensure a secure and efficient user experience. This role manages technologies such as SCCM, Intune, VDI, and Active Directory while overseeing patching, imaging, vulnerability management and system updates. The position also drives process improvements, supports projects, and collaborates across teams to deploy new tools and technologies.
Total Rewards:
A typical starting range for this position is $95,000 - $130,000 annually. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for endpoint hardware, software, and productivity tools
• Manage endpoint computing technologies including SCCM, Intune, CrowdStrike, Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Build, test, and deploy operating system images, patches, and application packages
• Lead or contribute to endpoint-related projects and new tool implementations
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to represent operations, raise concerns, and ensure system functionality
• Monitor system performance, ensure patch compliance, and proactively identify opportunities for automation and improvement
• Partner with IT peers and vendors to deliver efficient, secure, and reliable technology solutions
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field and 3+ years of IT endpoint support experience OR 2+ years post-secondary education and 5+ years of related experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to clearly represent operations in discussions with engineering and project teams
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, patch management, and application deployment
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell), virtualization (VMware View), or mobile device management a plus
• Certifications such as MCSA, Security+, or ITIL are valued
