Job Description:
POSITION: Full-Time Endpoint Administrator (Staff Associate): Information Technology Client Computing; Haverhill Campus; 37.5 hours per week; Non-Unit Professional Position.
SUMMARY: The Endpoint Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and security of the College's endpoint computing environment. This position manages enterprise endpoint platforms with a primary focus on Microsoft Intune, modern device management, endpoint security, and backup and recovery systems, including backup URI administration.
The Endpoint Administrator works closely with infrastructure, security, service desk, and academic technology teams to ensure the reliable, secure, and compliant delivery of endpoint services for faculty, staff, and students.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Administer and support endpoint management platforms with a primary focus on Microsoft Intune.
- Manage the full lifecycle of endpoint devices including provisioning, configuration, updates, compliance, and retirement.
- Design, implement, and maintain Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, and application deployments.
- Support endpoint environments across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Configure and manage integrations between Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Defender, and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Implement and maintain conditional access and endpoint security policies in collaboration with IT Security.
- Monitor endpoint compliance, health, and reporting dashboards and remediate non-compliant devices.
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues escalated from the Service Desk.
- Administer endpoint backup solutions including backup URI administration.
- Develop, test, and document backup and recovery procedures.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and recovery testing.
- Apply operating system patches, firmware updates, and security remediations.
- Develop scripts and automation to improve endpoint management efficiency.
- Maintain system documentation, configuration standards, and procedures.

Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Three (3) years of experience in endpoint or desktop systems administration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and modern device management.
- Experience supporting endpoint backup and recovery systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Experience in a higher education IT environment.
- Microsoft certifications (Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365).
- Experience with macOS, mobile device management, and Defender for Endpoint.
- PowerShell scripting experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Experience working with and supporting a culturally diverse population

Additional Information:
SALARY: Anticipated starting salary range is $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually with complete fringe benefit package including competitive health insurance, dental insurance, basic life insurance, long-term disability insurance, paid sick, vacation and personal leave, educational benefits for employee/spouse/dependents, and excellent retirement benefits. Official transcripts will be required at the time of hire.
