Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our Endocrinology Advanced Practice Provider, you will serve as a cornerstone of our specialty care team, dedicated to improving patient outcomes through expert clinical management of endocrine disorders.
Every day you will manage a clinical patient panel with a focus on comprehensive endocrine health at our multi-specialty clinic. Your schedule is designed for optimal work-life balance, consisting of a flexible 4 day work week. Typical patient volume is between 12-18 patients per day. With no on-call requirements, you will have the freedom to balance your professional responsibilities with your personal life, all while utilizing our dedicated CME funds and flexible time away policies to stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving endocrinology field.

- Performs clinical examinations as necessary for outpatients/inpatients.
- Writes orders and prescriptions.
- Identifies problem list based on approved protocols, current evidence-based standards of care, and scope of practice.
- Interprets and evaluates test results.
- Assesses patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Manages the discharge of patients with appropriate disposition, follow-up planning, adjunctive therapy management, and education.
We prioritize your financial growth and professional security by offering a guaranteed base salary of $162,201, supplemented by lucrative RVU incentive pay and a quality incentive bonus. To ensure a seamless transition, we provide a $6,667 sign-on bonus and $10,000 in relocation assistance, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care while enjoying a highly competitive compensation package.
Job Requirements
Required:
Nurse Practitioner:
- Master’s degree in nursing as Nurse PractitionerRegistered Nurse Practitioner Licensure for; and listed on the Utah Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Registry required. Board certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, in applicable population foci and/or subspecialty required.
- RN License required
- BLS from the American Heart Association required
- ACLS from the American Heart Association required
- Have Prescriptive Authority (RXN) or have Provisional Prescriptive Authority (RXN-P), if applicable for role with associated articulated plan
Physician Assistant:
- Masters graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program required
- PA Certification by N.C.C.P.A. and current mid-level provider license by the state of Utah required
- BLS from the American Heart Association required
- ACLS from the American Heart Association may be required
Preferred:
- Two or more years prior experience in Endocrinology highly preferred
