Location: Tysons and Merrifield, VA (With occasional coverage in Fairfax)

Schedule: Full-Time (0.8-1.0 FTE), Monday-Friday, no evenings or weekends required

The Opportunity

Due to overwhelming community demand and a current 3-month waitlist for new patients, the practice is expanding its collaborative team to welcome an additional Endocrinologist. This position offers true clinical autonomy within a progressive, supportive environment integrated with built-in referral networks, on-site registered dietitians, and robust administrative relief.

  • Clinical Scope & Autonomy: Manage a comprehensive endocrinology panel (ages 16+) featuring roughly 50-60% diabetes alongside thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and metabolic bone disorders, with the freedom to cultivate niche areas of interest if desired.
  • Unrivaled Administrative Relief: Enjoy an optimized workflow utilizing cutting-edge AI scribing technology, a dedicated 1:1 MA ratio for patient rooming and inbox management, and 12 Virtual Assistants who handle phone triage and endocrine-specific administrative tasks.
