End User Support Analyst - II | Ashburn, Virginia, United States End User Support Analyst - II (Senior Sales Data Governance Analyst)
Location: Ashburn, VA; Remote for exceptional candidates
Working Model: Home-Based | Type: Full Time | Max Bill Rate: $44.00/hr

[Responsibilities]

- Lead and manage the end-to-end CRM migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics, guaranteeing data accuracy, seamless mapping, and minimal disruption to sales operations.
- Advocate for sales teams by partnering with executive leaders to implement process improvements and drive user adoption of new systems and policies.
- Review, research, and establish new Sales Account and NASP requests, maintaining data completeness and legal validity using internal and external tools.
- Conduct thorough Customer Legal Entity (CLE) reviews and rigorous duplicate cleanups to ensure data uniqueness and compliance.
- Prevent territory conflicts by cross-referencing accounts, verifying no overlaps with other sales teams or related business entities.
- Utilize third-party datasets (Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo, etc.) to validate prospect legitimacy, status, and accurate firmographics.
- Collaborate with IT to review business requirements, test new GCH application features, and ensure all updates meet business needs through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

[Required Skills and Experience]

- 5+ years in Data Governance, Sales Support/Operations, Master Data Management, or similar CRM-focused roles.
- Direct experience supporting Verizon sales organizations.
- Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Dynamics, with proven track record in CRM migrations.
- Executive-level communication skills and ability to influence and drive change among sales leadership.
- In-depth understanding of business legal structures, corporate hierarchies, and account management.
- Advanced skills using third-party data tools (Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo).
- Demonstrated excellence in system testing and UAT for CRM applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail in all data entry, mapping, and validation tasks.

[Preferred Skills]

- CRM certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate or Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) or basic SQL for bulk data analysis and migration.
