A law firm is seeking an associate attorney with
3+ years of litigation experience to join its
Employment Litigation team. The role offers strong mentorship and growth opportunities. Ideal candidates should have experience in:
- Drafting/responding to discovery and pleadings
- Arguing motions
- Taking/defending depositions
While prior employment law experience is preferred, attorneys with strong litigation skills and an interest in labor and employment law are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle litigation matters from start to finish
- Advise clients on employment law issues
- Draft/revise handbooks and conduct training
- Participate in mediations and client education programs using innovative tech platforms
Qualifications:- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the Tennessee Bar
- Strong writing, analytical, and project management skills
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to client service
