Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Employment & Labor Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of broad-based experience in employment law, with a particular interest in advising venture capital and investment firms on employment-related matters unique to their industry.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our fund formation practice, providing guidance to fund clients on complex employment and compliance issues. Candidates familiar with the venture capital ecosystem and its evolving regulatory landscape will thrive in this position.

While the primary focus is on employment counseling and agreement drafting, experience in employment litigation is a plus. We also welcome applications from fund formation associates seeking to transition into employment and labor law.
