Employee Relations SpecialistThe Role:The Employee Relations (ER) Specialist supports INIZIO's processes, policies, and strategy across ER. You will act as a liaison between legal and business matters. In this role, you will act as a risk mitigation arm of HR, supporting ER policy creation. Additionally, you will drive consistency across case outcomes and provide a system-wide approach and guidance. You will partner with important stakeholders to enhance employee experience with system-wide ER practices and to define the ER scope of services.
You will report to the Global Employee Relations Lead. This is a remote-working role (you are welcome to work from one of our office locations). Time zones are flexible, so long as business needs are met.
Responsibilities:- Support the ER strategy and approach at a global, organization-wide level.
- Support the ER business process needed to run an equitable and clear ER process.
- Collaborate with HR Partners to develop strategies to respond to team member concerns and infuse ER into broader company practices.
- Support employee relations best practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify and address potential employee relations issues and develop preventive measures.
- Assist managers and supervisors in understanding and implementing procedures for managing their employees.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and comply with reporting requirements.
- Support administrative departments regarding inputting data, creating letters, scripts, transcribing meeting notes, creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Support meeting with management to better understand needs and concerns relating to requests they have submitted to the Employee Relations team.
- Conduct investigations.
- Support performance improvement processes and review performance improvement documents provided by management.
What you bring to the role:- 3 years of experience supporting employee relations functions
- In-depth knowledge of human resources and employee relations principles, practices, and procedures in the US and UK .
- Experience using data to guide decision-making.
- Experience with performance management and employee relations processes.
- Experience promoting a vision and translating it into an executable strategy.
- Evidence of leading at a strategic level .
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Strong case management and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
