About the Role:

As a CBRE Employee Relations Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing consultation and coaching to employees, managers and People Business Partners while driving operational excellence in investigative processes and resolution. You will provide expertise in all aspects of employee relations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role will also be a key partner with People Business Partners, Legal Counsel, Payroll, and Ethics & Compliance. In this role, you'll develop processes to streamline Employee Relations activity, provide advice and guidance to help drive the implementation of an effective ER strategy, identify business gaps with an emphasis on coaching and maintaining a positive employee relations environment within the business.

What You'll Do:
Employee Relations (ER) and Investigations Responsibilities:

Other Duties as Assigned: * Will engage in project work supporting the People Team or other groups. * Assist with status changes for existing employees and terminations. * Assist with training as needed related to employee relations. * Provide advice and guidance on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures. * Prepare reports and conduct analysis for HR management review. * Interview employees to capture information about factors affecting worker morale, motivation, etc.
Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel 15%

The minimum salary for the Employee Relations Business Partner position is $100,000 annually [or $48.07 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Employee Relations Business Partner position is $110,000 annually [or $52.88 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
