Come join our skilled team of physicians! We are hiring a full time position in our Emergency Department. Shifts are 12 hours varying between days and nights, including weekends and holidays. We offer re-location, sign on bonus, generous CME package, paid licenses and certifications and competitive wages.
Boone County Hospital is a Level 1 Trauma 25 bed Critical Access Hospital located 40 minutes north of Des Moines, with just a 15 minute helicopter ride. Annual ED volumes are approximately 8,000 visits per year with a Hospital Based EMS System. Our employed family practice medical staff serves as a backup as well as our dedicated OB physicians are available 24/7 for deliveries.
Residency stipend and student loan reimbursement will be considered. Candidate must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice or Emergency Medicine.
