Qualifications

• Prior veterinary experience is required; previous surgical experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in pharmacological calculations (e.g., dosages, infusions).
• Flexibility to work varying hours and additional shifts when necessary.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Escalate issues to the Clinical Manager as needed.
• Serve as an active member of the Clinical Services team during shifts.
• Collaborate with other departments to address patient and client needs.
• Organize and prioritize workflows for each shift effectively.
• Directly manage Clinical Services team members, handling scheduling and resource allocation.
• Address employee and process issues as they arise during shifts.
• Act as a primary responder to client concerns and medication escalations.
