Position Overview:
Provides operational leadership and project support for embryology services within a high-complexity clinical laboratory environment. Oversees and coordinates laboratory workflows associated with assisted reproductive technologies, ensuring efficient execution of clinical processes aligned with patient care priorities and scheduling demands. Plays a key role in cross-functional project management initiatives, including workflow optimization and implementation of systems such as Electronic Medical Record (EMR) transitions, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical operations and successful adoption across teams. Maintains strict adherence to local, state, and federal regulatory requirements, as well as internal quality control and assurance standards, ensuring compliance, patient safety, and data integrity. Drives continuous process improvement, supports audit readiness, and ensures that laboratory practices align with evolving regulatory and operational expectations.
