Email Marketing Producer - Consultant

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Producer to join our marketing team on a consulting basis. This role will own the day-to-day execution of email campaigns and associated performance reporting, partnering closely with Site, Retail, Creative, Marketing, CRM and Data teams to deliver integrated, high-quality campaigns. The ideal candidate combines exceptional attention to detail with strong technical email production skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for creating impactful customer communications.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Site, Retail, Creative & Marketing teams to coordinate campaign requirements, assets, timelines and execution.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of email campaign execution, including building, scheduling, testing, and deployment.
  • QA email campaigns through proofing and testing to ensure accurate execution of links, content and targeted assets across desktop and mobile platforms, email clients and dark mode.
  • Own weekly, monthly & quarterly email performance reporting; monitor key campaign KPIs, identify trends and opportunities, and recommend optimizations based on results.
  • Share email performance insights, learnings and successful content with cross-functional channel partners to inform broader marketing efforts.
  • Manage multiple concurrent email campaigns and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and execution.
  • Partner with CRM and Data teams to accurately execute campaign audience, segmentation and targeting requirements.


Essential Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience executing email marketing campaigns, ideally within a high-volume retail, luxury, fashion, or consumer environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, manage deadlines and prioritize.
  • Ability to independently manage campaign production from intake through deployment, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Email Studio, campaign builds, audiences and segmentation set-up, dynamic/personalized content, testing, deployment, and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS with the ability to troubleshoot common email rendering and production issues across devices and email clients.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), including campaign performance analysis and UTM-based tracking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong visual judgment, exceptional proofreading/QA, and comfort interpreting campaign performance data.
  • A proactive team player with a positive "can-do" attitude, actively collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, priority-driven environment, demonstrating a sense of urgency when necessary.


Location: NYC (Tribeca), In Office Hybrid

Contract Duration: October- December 31st

Rate: $40 per hour, 40 hours per week
