You will serve as the primary contact for email HTML questions, advising stakeholders on feasible approaches and best practices, and translating requirements into reliable, accessible, cross-client-compatible email builds. You’ll also utilize AI models/assistants to accelerate development, QA, and documentation while applying strong technical judgment and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain responsive HTML email templates/modules optimized for consistent rendering across major email clients and devices.
• Build and maintain AI-ready modular email templates with consistent taxonomy, tagging, and machine-readable structure to enable automated assembly and safe reuse.
• Implement and govern a template/module metadata standard (naming conventions, required fields, constraints, and versioning) to support AI-assisted content assembly.
• Build and evolve reusable template patterns (clear structure, modular sections, documented rules/constraints) to enable faster iteration and safer reuse.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on email HTML questions, providing clear guidance, options, and tradeoffs.
• Partner with design, marketing, and delivery/operations teams to translate creative concepts into technically sound email solutions and ensure timely execution.
• Troubleshoot rendering issues and implement robust fallbacks (e.g., client-specific constraints, CSS support limitations, dark mode considerations).
