- REQUIRED CRITERIA:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Appropriate NJ Teacher Certificate Standard or Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing
- Willingness to become involved in the operation of the total school program; ability to adjust to new ideas and change; ability to relate well to students and co-workers
- Strong classroom management skills
- Commitment to differentiation
- Ability to use data to drive instruction
- Ability to integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies (Google Preferred)
- Collaborates effectively with colleagues and parents
- Ability to work in a collaborative setting
- Strong understanding of NJ Student Learning Standards and State Assessments
- Understanding and adherence to all district policies and regulations
- Exemplary academic credentials and references
- PREFERRED CRITERIA:
- NJ Elementary Teacher certification
