Full Job Description
Position Overview
  • Provide specialized instruction, accommodations, and curriculum modifications to students with disabilities in alignment with IEP goals and services across Pre-K-8 settings.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, families, administrators, related service providers, and instructional assistants to support inclusive instruction and students' least restrictive environment.
  • Monitor student progress, maintain accurate IEP documentation and data, and use evidence-based instructional, behavioral, and assistive technology strategies to address individual learning needs.
  • Support the implementation of behavior plans and participate in ongoing professional development related to special education, inclusive practices, and child development.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement
  • Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs through IEP implementation, differentiated instruction, accommodations/modifications, and collaborative service delivery
