We have an immediate opportunity for an Electroplating Process Engineer to join our 3D Integration and Imaging Sensors group. What You Will Do:- Support fabrication operations by providing technical support in fabrication processes; working with a team of technicians and engineers in a wafer fabrication clean room setting.
- Maintaining current processes, optimizing existing processes, and training in safe and efficient operations of the Electroplating process cells.
- Taking ownership and responsibility for supporting the manufacturing activities of plating processes and equipment.
- Sustaining processes to meet product specifications & manufacturing process flows, maintaining operating instructions for process and equipment.
- Maintaining statistical process controls for process optimization; trouble shoot and resolve process issues to support the manufacturing process and improve work cell process yields.
Qualifications You Must Have: - Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience in Electroplating, Material Science, Wafer Fabrication and/or Semiconductor.
Qualifications We Prefer:- Experience in a 200mm manufacturing environment.
- Experience with sustaining existing electroplating processes to meet product specifications & manufacturing process flows, maintaining operating instructions for process and equipment.
- Ability to solve technical problems, project ownership, meeting deadlines, and multitasking.
- Thorough sense of ownership, drive, and dedication to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams to improve processes.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including technical writing for summarizing data and findings, writing process and equipment specifications and work instructions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
