Basic QualificationsDoD Secret Clearance
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in electrical hardware design and test
Experience troubleshooting interactions between software and hardware such as network devices and lab instrumentation
Experience with RF Test Equipment
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams to develop complex testing for electro-mechanical products (RF, transducers, electro-mechanical fixtures)
Desired SkillsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited college or a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education.
Proficiency with Creo/Windchill, Zuken, Pspice, or comparable tools.
Experience with cable design
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with interconnect design, schematic development, system integration and hardware verification.
Experience with product-lifecycle management (Design, Development, Deployment) and issue-tracking systems.
Prior work on EGSE, or communications systems for aerospace/defense.
Familiarity with Atlassian Products development processes.
RF testing expertise
Ability to present technical data to technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to lead teams of hardware, software, systems and product engineers.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00
