You'll play a hands-on role in shaping the
next generation of embedded control systems, turning innovative ideas into reliable products. Working on-site in
Tallahassee, FL, you'll support both new platform development and improvements to systems already in the field.
This is a unique opportunity to build, test, and refine electronics that operate at the heart of cutting-edge industrial solutions.
What You'll Be Doing- Design and develop electronic circuits and PCB layouts to deliver reliable, high-performance control systems
- Test and validate electronic assemblies to ensure product quality and identify improvements early
- Debug and optimize hardware to enhance performance and prevent failure modes
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and suppliers to bring designs into production smoothly
- Analyze test data to uncover insights and drive continuous product improvement
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Solid foundation in analog/digital circuits, power electronics, and control systems
- Hands-on experience with circuit design, simulation tools, and lab equipment
- Ability to use MATLAB and Microsoft Office for analysis and reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset
