DescriptionNorthrop Grumman’s Space Sector is seeking an Electronics Technician – Level 4 to join our team in Chandler, AZ.
With minimum supervision the Electronics Technician 4 will take on a lead role in the acceptance testing of flight control hardware components and systems used in a variety of launch vehicles.
Your Role and Impact:
Performing Continuity and Isolation testing
Monitor testing and Functional testing on CCA and box level hardware, some of which will occur in environments including thermal cycling, vacuum and vibration.
Knowledge of and the ability to use a variety of test and measurement instrumentation such as multimeters, power supplies, function generators, oscilloscopes and data acquisition systems is required.
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education and/or related experience.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
Experience with ESS / environmental testing including thermals, TVAC and vibration.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.

Primary Level Salary Range: $32.84 - $54.76
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
