Investigate and resolve electronic tools issues end-to-end by identifying root causes, recommending corrective actions, owning resolution, and clearly documenting outcomes while leveraging guidance when needed.

Improve the effectiveness and reliability of electronic tools by applying and enhancing standard development processes such as ETPL workflows, 7-step problem solving, and application product development lifecycle practices.

Make sound technical decisions in software architecture, requirements, design, and testing that positively influence product quality, scalability, and feature performance.

Ensure robust, reusable, and efficient designs by reviewing and providing constructive feedback on the work of less-experienced developers and testers.

Lead smaller projects or take ownership of complex components or systems, operating independently with full accountability while navigating ambiguity and evolving requirements.
