Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience.
• In-depth understanding of Radio Frequency (RF) theory and electromagnetic principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities in team settings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to MDA SMO under the Specialty Engineering Director.
• Manage the Frequency Authorization tracker for accuracy and consistency across MDA missions.
• Develop and submit System Certifications using STEPSTONE and EL-CID.
• Coordinate and submit frequency authorization requests for various systems using Spectrum XXI (SXXI).
• Create and maintain critical reports and databases for operational support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electromagnetic interference (EMI) issues.
• Document SOPs and workflows for knowledge sharing and efficiency.
