- 2+ years of management, operations, or supervisory experience.
- Experience hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining staff.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, diverse teams, and client needs.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.

Site Protection Manager (Amazon). The Site Security Lead is accountable for the day-to-day operations of an assigned customer site, including hiring, training, disciplining, and terminating staff. Build, improve and maintain relationships with clients and employees: develop & retain staff; coordinate needed support services and solve problems to effectively keep the site safe and secure. Meet or exceed service level agreement & operational goals; provide quality customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage scheduling: Leverage AI-powered technology to effectively schedule security officers, meeting client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime
- Lead and Develop Security Teams: Hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations
- Enhance Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property
- Handle Security Incidents and Emergencies: Respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams
- Direct Compliance and Security Operational Excellence: Oversee training, safety, and site operational standards as well as managing inventory (uniforms, equipment, and other essential supplies)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):- American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), International Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification
- Previous payroll, billing, or scheduling experience
- Aptitude with security systems: CCTV, access control, and badge administration
