Electricity Demand Side Management (EDSM) CoordinatorLocation: Windsor, ON (Hybrid)
Reporting to the Chief Business Development Officer, the EDSM Coordinator supports the delivery and administration of electricity demand side management and energy conservation programs. The role is responsible for customer and stakeholder engagement, program outreach, application and project coordination, regulatory reporting, and performance tracking. Working closely with customers, partners, service providers, and internal stakeholders, the EDSM Coordinator supports program implementation, promotes energy efficiency opportunities, maintains accurate program records, and ensures compliance with program requirements and IESO reporting standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering energy conservation programs by supporting customers and stakeholders, managing applications and project activities, ensuring compliance, and facilitating successful program delivery; supporting program awareness and participation through customer education, stakeholder engagement, outreach initiatives, marketing and promotional activities, and representation of ENWIN at community events and industry forums.
The EDSM Coordinator will support the implementation and delivery of energy conservation programs by assessing customer needs, coordinating project activities, monitoring compliance and documentation requirements, tracking program performance, and preparing analytics and recommendations to improve program effectiveness and outcomes; maintaining accurate program records and reporting, supporting performance tracking and data analysis, coordinate administrative and logistical activities, and provide operational support to ensure effective program delivery, business continuity, and informed decision-making.
The successful applicant must have the following skills and competencies:- College diploma in Business, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in business development, customer service, energy management, conservation, or climate action programs.
- Proficiency with data management tools such as Excel, CRM systems, or project tracking software to maintain data and support program operations is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of energy conservation, renewable energy initiatives or related environmental programs is considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders while fostering inclusive and equitable engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong presentation and customer service skills, with the ability to address complex questions and provide effective solutions.
Salary Range for Qualified Candidates:
