Overview:
Seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer to lead the design, integration, and validation of advanced vehicle electrical architectures for U.S. defense programs. This role involves ownership of system requirements, power distribution concepts, and the integration of complex military subsystems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage vehicle electrical and power distribution architectures.
  • Conduct requirements analysis, decomposition, and traceability.
  • Perform trade studies and evaluate design alternatives.
  • Integrate C4ISR, lethality, and survivability systems into ground vehicles.
  • Create and review specifications, schematics, and interface control documents.
  • Support prototype builds, lab integration, and testing activities.
  • Develop and maintain electrical power budgets and simulations.
  • Lead troubleshooting and corrective actions for integration issues.
  • Contribute to proposal efforts and technical presentations.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
