Full Job Description
This role supports businesses in implementing technology solutions by analyzing and defining project requirements across multiple platforms. It provides specialized end user support for desktop and mobile services, including troubleshooting complex issues, hardware setup, and software deployment. The role leads support initiatives, trains and mentors staff, guides stakeholders on hardware and software solutions, and participates in evaluating and implementing business process improvements. It also resolves production issues, assists with high-level planning, and acts as a project coordinator, coach, and mentor when needed. Essential Accountabilities • Resolve complex automation support issues to maintain productivity and business continuity. • Administer deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and automation equipment. • Collaborate with Information Security and IT partners to manage risk and ensure compliance. • Lead or participate in process improvement projects, research, and implementation of new technologies. • Provide oversight for launching new products, service delivery, and automation systems. • Develop business cases, system requirements, and use cases for new or enhanced applications. • Participate in design, integration, testing, and demonstrations throughout the software lifecycle. • Communicate effectively across the organization and provide analytical support through data review and reporting. • Mentor staff, facilitate meetings, assist with project documentation, and perform other assigned duties. • Demonstrate commitment to innovation and continuous learning. • May lead or participate in strategic initiatives. • Becomes Subject Expert Matter (SME) for product and promotes product across business programs and partners. Frequently shares information with others while listening to and understanding their points of view • Advanced ability to collaborate with complex local and FR System level groups to accomplish goals The expected starting salary range for the LEU Business Systems Analyst is between $81,600 and $102,000 annually and for the LEU Business Systems Analyst Senior is between $100,300 and $125,400. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and market data.
