Requirements
At least an Associates Degree in Computer/IT related field OR applicable certification, such as: VCP, MCSE, MCT, MCSA, etc...

3+ years of experience with the following:

Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud experience and managing Office 365
Experience with SSO and MFA, specifically Azure AD SSO and MFA
Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy
Experience managing Linux environment
Monitoring experience with SolarWinds or any other monitoring software
Patching experience
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Preferred Skills:

Experience with Veeam or any other backup software
Exposure or experience managing DocuSign, Box, MobileIron, and WebEx
Experience with PowerShell scripting
Knowledge of networking configurations, installation, and maintenance
ITIL Framework practices and procedures
ITSM system management
Merger and Acquisition experience
Microsoft Exchange
Nutanix AHV and Prism
VMware ESXi and vSphere
DNS, DHCP, LDAP
SSL Certificates and Certificate Authorities
