AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
  • Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all electrical aspects throughout the project lifecycle, including design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • This role ensures that electrical systems are designed, installed, and tested in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Lead and coordinate electrical system scope during all project phases (conceptual design, detailed design, construction, and commissioning).
  • Review and approve electrical design documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with GMP and industry standards.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for all electrical-related matters with engineering firms, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee field execution to ensure proper installation, testing, and construction of electrical systems.
  • Support commissioning and qualification (CQV) activities, including system walkdowns, punch list resolution, and documentation review.
  • Ensure systems are delivered in a state of compliance and readiness for turnover to Equipment Owners and the CQV team.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to electrical systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.
  • Support deviation investigations, change controls, and CAPAs as require.
