WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: The Technical Part:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience with commissioning and qualification processes.
- Proven ability to manage contractors and cross-functional teams.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all electrical aspects throughout the project lifecycle, including design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- This role ensures that electrical systems are designed, installed, and tested in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Lead and coordinate electrical system scope during all project phases (conceptual design, detailed design, construction, and commissioning).
- Review and approve electrical design documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with GMP and industry standards.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for all electrical-related matters with engineering firms, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee field execution to ensure proper installation, testing, and construction of electrical systems.
- Support commissioning and qualification (CQV) activities, including system walkdowns, punch list resolution, and documentation review.
- Ensure systems are delivered in a state of compliance and readiness for turnover to Equipment Owners and the CQV team.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to electrical systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.
- Support deviation investigations, change controls, and CAPAs as require.
