About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendentto lead field operations for commercial and mission critical construction projects in the Phoenix, Arizona market.

The Electrical Superintendent will oversee daily field activities, coordinate subcontractors and field personnel, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintain project schedules while delivering exceptional quality. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively communicate with project managers, clients, inspectors, and trade partners to keep projects on track from start to finish.
