RequirementsSkills- Extensive experience in construction management with a focus on electrical projects.
- Proven supervising experience in large-scale construction sites with a strong understanding of project scheduling and management principles.
- Deep knowledge of electrical systems design, schematics interpretation, blueprint reading, and construction estimating.
- Strong understanding of contracts administration within the construction industry.
- Ability to read technical schematics and use testing instruments such as ohmmeters effectively.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety procedures specific to electrical work environments.
- Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality control.
Qualifications- Must have a VALID TDLR Journeyman License
- Must have at least 5+ years of commercial superintendent experience
