Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all work is completed on budget, on time, and in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards.
- Adhere to all project management policies and procedures
- Review projects with Project Coordinators, foremen and onsite crews
- Provide mentorship, coaching and training to Project Coordinators, Foreman and Lead Hands as needed
- Work with Field Services scheduler, purchasing etc. to resolve any anticipated staffing needs/changes and material purchases to avoid project delays.
- Responsible for quality control of all completed work both onsite and in-house.
- Gather all necessary project information and costs for the purposes of compiling and writing up change notices and out of scope work (extras).
- Work with TMG finance team to ensure all paperwork (customer files, job files and quotes) are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Participate in weekly production meetings.
- Assist in obtaining new customers as requested
- Always conduct oneself in a professional manner in alignment with Company values, including but not limited to language use, attire, and workmanship
- All other duties as required
Requirements- Relevant industry work experience
- Relevant trade certification an asset (309A)
- PMP certification or desire to pursue
- Knowledge of electrical industry and electrical design principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time and budget management skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD True View.
- Familiarity with ERP systems with preference for experience working with Microsoft NAV Dynamics
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record and full time use of a company vehicle
- Willing and able to travel to customer locations as needed

Salary Range For The Role:$95,000 to $125,000 The salary range provided in this posting is intended as a general guideline. Final compensation will be determined based on a number of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location, as well as internal equity and budget considerations.
