Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in power systems engineering
• 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Willingness to travel periodically to job sites (domestic)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of electrical engineers, fostering their technical growth and career development.
• Oversee the planning and delivery of electrical engineering projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Perform power systems analysis and design for various applications, including utility and industrial systems.
• Design and integrate protective relaying systems and substation automation components.
• Provide QA/QC on engineering deliverables and proposals to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with project managers, field technicians, and clients to facilitate project success.
• Support business development by preparing technical proposals and client presentations.
