Overview

Join ENERCON's Energy Group as an Electrical Project Engineer, where growth opportunities abound. Your role will involve technical coordination between all disciplines and maintaining robust client relationships on small and large projects. Tasks may also include developing winning engineering proposals with technical staff, executing projects within budget and schedule constraints, and mentoring less experienced individuals. With your proven management skills, you'll support Project Managers with project schedules, financials, and reporting while actively supporting project design to ensure quality deliverables and propel business growth. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering strongly preferred
  • Design Engineering experience with the modification and implementation process, calculations, specifications, etc. in power facilities
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in power industry as an Electrical Engineer or Project Manager
  • Experience estimating engineering hours and mentoring team members preferred
  • Professional Engineer Licensure strongly preferred
  • Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes
  • Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills
  • Effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teams
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks

Compensation Range

USD $103,000.00 - USD $185,000.00 /Yr.
